Why do we talk healthy?
We talk healthy because health matters and life is worth living with a body working to its full potential.
You don’t want your body to slow you down while living the life you deserve.
Sometimes that means receiving encouragement from other like minded individuals. We deepen the conversation in the Facebook Community where we share health tips, recipes, and encourage each other. Join us there.
Food is an important part of maintaining a healthy body. Other worthy components are exercise, sleep, the gut, and how to apply these components to your life in a common sense way. If a healthy conversation plagues your conscience mind, I’ll study it for you. All areas of health are potential topics for investigation. Drop me a line with your investigative query.
Exploring health, food, and general wellness is my passion because I have family members with extreme food sensitivities. It’s a long story that took us through family counseling and was cured with a prescription of food. It’s why I do what I do, and I offer my services because I care about you, and want to help you in any way I can.
I believe your health matters, and I think you are here because you do too.
We talk healthy because you are worth it!
Your body is one of your best resources, and I want to help you keep it in the best shape possible.
- What are your health goals?
- How can I help you meet them?
I’m Nicole and I study all matters pertaining to general health. I am not a dietician, I’m a mom with a cause, and I’m glad to offer my study, free of charge. All I ask is that you comment on areas of health that you desire to study, but never found the time to hit the books, Google, or other reference aid. I research it for you and publish those findings here once a week.
Why am I so passionate about the health of my family? Because health is a choice we make with each bite. I have two girls and one is extremely sensitive to sugar, dye, and gluten. Too much of these ingredients in food causes a chemical imbalance and irrational behavior.
It’s a journey that took us through family counseling, then was cured with a prescription of food.
I have been studying how food acts in their bodies for over 7 years. This forum is where I make my investigation available to you. Since we’re building a community here, you get input. Share your health struggles, and I’ll help solve them.
Managing the health of my family is one of the most impactful jobs I’ll ever have. Join the family and you’ll receive the same love I outpour on my family. Better yet, let me know what you need so I can help, and we’ll walk the healthy journey together.

Healthy is about so much more than just food.
The body is the home for the soul. Just like our physical dwelling, it needs maintenance. Here we'll cover all topics related to body maintenance, the good, the bad, and the ugly. You might be surprised at what you'll learn.
Food glorious food. We all need it, and I love to eat. I like to eat things that are good for my body. I have a couple of crazy kids, girls, that have been the cause of my study of how bad food acts in a body. Our food journey has taught me more than I ever wanted to know. Food, dyes, sugar, all reek havoc on their little bodies, and our home life. And, you don't really think the government is killing us with what it allows in food; do you? "The FDA is Killing Us," is a post that readers still resonate with. I am glad to hear what you think about food, and we'll discover it together.
When life is going well, the budget is complete before the paycheck comes in, and you've told the money where to go. Nope, we're not going to talk about money like that here, but if you want to get on a budget and more, then visit my other site: Make Dollars Make Sense. Here we have a lot more fun with money, like exploring how much of it you can save if you make your gourmet coffee at home, or streamlining your closet.
I am glad to expand topics as readership calls for it. Let’s be real about our conversation, because I don’t know any other way to be. Hopefully you will be as real with me as I am with you.
Glad to be on the health journey with you, and wishing you all the best.
P.S. Did you notice that? We’re already friends. That’s how I sign off letters to the most intimate members of my family. Come along, be part of the journey, and be part of the Facebook community, where we do more than talk (talk is cheap), we engage on healthy matters: Wetalkhealthy.
I am so glad you are here.
